1. Overview

valmarskin.com (the “Store”) is operated by Valmar (“we”, “us”). By visiting the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies linked below. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Store. The Store is hosted on Shopify.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States only.

3. Our products

Valmar products are cosmetic and personal-care tools for at-home use. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Experiences vary from person to person. Always read and follow the included instructions, use them only on clean, intact skin, and check with a doctor before use if you are pregnant, have a skin or medical condition, or use an implanted medical device.

4. Product information and pricing

We work to describe and show our products accurately, but colors may look different on your screen and packaging may vary slightly. Prices are listed in US dollars. We may change prices, products or offers at any time. If we find an error in a price or description after you order, we’ll contact you before shipping, and you can continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable, a payment can’t be verified or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you’ll receive a full refund. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

6. Discounts

Discounts and promotions apply only as described, can’t be exchanged for cash and may end at any time. Unless stated otherwise, discounts can’t be combined.

7. Shipping, refunds and returns

Delivery times, refunds, cancellations and returns are covered in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

8. Your account and conduct

You’re responsible for the information you give us and for keeping any account details private. Please don’t use the Store for anything unlawful, to interfere with its operation, or to submit false or harmful content.

9. Reviews and feedback

If you send us reviews, photos or feedback, you allow us to use them in connection with the Store and our marketing, and you confirm they are honest and yours to share. We may remove content at our discretion.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Store — including text, photos, graphics and the Valmar name — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Store and our products are provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted here applies to orders placed after it is posted.
